The quickest way to have your NoteSmith technical support questions answered is by reading the Current Issues page or going to the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) page.

If your answer is not found on either of those two pages, and you feel you need personalized support, it is available for current NoteSmith users at no additional charge by email or toll free fax.

For security reasons, the support email address and toll free fax number can be found on the odd colored page in the back of your NoteSmith manual. If your program is running, you can contact us from the Help, Technical Support menu of NoteSmith.
