You already must be a user of any one of the three currently shipping models of NoteSmith to take advantage of these items. Users of the current version of NoteSmith may:

  1. Upgrade to a more fully featured program within the same version year just by paying the difference in retail prices. No data entry is required. The Pro and Net versions can use the same database files you now have.
  2. Order a custom set of web pages which allow you to post selected payor information, display a billboard page, and backup your data offsite and online. Reduce your incoming calls ("What's my balance?", "Did you get my check?", "Did it clear?") by letting payors check their accounts on their own computer or one they can access for free at their library.
  3. Purchase miscellaneous items, such as reserve a seat at a help day, order a replacement activation, or get a new manual/CD.

Make your payment using any major credit card. Your credit card will be processed on a secure connection by PayPal, the leading processor of payments on the internet. Charges on this page are not refundable.

Charges on this page are for additions to your existing support plan or are for technician time, therefore all charges for any features on this page are not refundable.
